Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Amuzzme platform (amuzzme.at). By registering and using the platform, you accept these terms.

2. Registration

Registration is required for certain features. You are obligated to provide truthful information and keep your login credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

3. Services

Amuzzme offers the following services:

  • Connecting artists and venues
  • Creating and managing profiles
  • Event creation and ticket sales
  • Booking management and messaging system
  • Paid premium features and promotions

4. Payments

Payments for subscriptions, tickets, and promotions are processed through the payment service provider Stripe. Prices include applicable VAT. By making a purchase, you agree to the respective payment terms. Refunds are subject to applicable legal provisions.

5. Code of Conduct

The following is prohibited when using the platform:

  • Publishing false, misleading, or illegal content
  • Harassing, discriminating against, or threatening other users
  • Misusing the platform for spam or commercial purposes outside the intended scope
  • Manipulating ratings or booking systems

6. Content

You retain the copyright to content you upload. By uploading, you grant Amuzzme a non-exclusive, worldwide right to display and distribute this content within the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

7. Liability

Amuzzme acts as a mediation platform. We are not liable for the quality or performance of bookings between users. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for serious violations of these terms. Existing payment obligations remain unaffected by termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms as needed. Changes will be communicated via email or on the platform. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies. For consumers, the mandatory provisions of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) apply. Jurisdiction lies with the competent court at the company's registered office, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions dictate otherwise.
